Group Booking Enquiry

We are taking bookings for Group visits for 2024 and 2025.

We consider a Group to be 10 people or more making one payment.

Please enquire about available dates by filling in the below form or emailing office@munningsmuseum.org.uk or by calling 01206 322127.

We aim to contact you within 3 days of receiving your booking request. We thank you for your patience.

 

Visiting times:

We recommend 60-90 minutes to complete your visit.

DURING GENERAL OPENING HOURS:
Groups can visit on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 2pm.

This is during general opening hours and therefore other visitors will be in the museum at the same time.

OUTSIDE GENERAL OPENING HOURS:
Groups can visit on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 10.30am

These times are good for larger groups who can have exclusive use of the museum.
There is no additional charge for visiting outside general opening hours.

Sunday: Not open for groups.

Monday & Tuesday:  Museum closed.

We can offer guided tours out of hours for groups of 20 people or less. This is subject to staff availability. Please enquire if you are interested in booking a tour.

Current Prices
The cost of each group member is £9.
Tours (subject to availability) are £12 per person.

Cafe

The Cafe can provide lunch and refreshments for groups booking in advance. Please contact them on cafe@munningsmuseum.org.uk

Payment Terms and Conditions 2023

– Full payment will need to be made 7 days prior to the visit. This can be done via the office. We are not processing group payments at the till on the day of the visit.

– We do not require a deposit for bookings.

– We would appreciate notice of cancellation as soon as possible should your visit not go ahead.

– Should you need to cancel your visit then a full refund is available up until the day prior to your visit.

– Should we need to cancel your visit a full refund will be issued.

– You will need to make a separate payment to the Cafe.
